Max Brenner

No other words to describe Max Brenner or commonly called "MaxB" besides chocolate, chocolate and chocolate. Whether or not you are a big fan of chocolate, if you visit Australia, please drop by to experience the chocolatey goodness.

Some highlights of MaxB that I have tried:

*Chocolate Pizza

This pizza is to die for: thin and crunchy crusts topped with a splash of milk chocolate, fresh bananas, mini marshmallows and some sweet chocolate rice crunch. It is just nice and comforting and owh yeah, in fact, I ate half a pan of it previously. Awesomeness.

*Belgian Waffles

Their waffles are one of my favorite desserts. Unlike usual waffles, their waffles are just moist and really flavoursome. It is drizzled with chocolate too! Heaven!

*Chocolate Souffle

This is indeed a heavy and dry dessert. The oozing chocolate is just so rich and thick. You definitely need vanilla ice cream to quench it down or else, you would end up nauseated with too much chocolate. Anyway, not a bad dessert overall but I won't order it again.

*Dark Chocolate Suckao

When you order suckao, you will be served with a hot milk, small chocolate buttons (choose between white, milk chocolate or dark chocolate) and a cute melting pot with candle at the bottom. Being a big fan of dark chocolate, I opted for the dark chocolate. I expected this to be a pure bliss. However, I don't really get much chocolate satisfaction from it. It just tasted like a normal hot chocolate to me and not special at all in terms of the taste. On the other hand, the presentation side is kinda unique. We could choose ourselves how much consistency of the chocolate you want in the milk and stuff. Kinda fun to play with.
