Athenian Greek Restaurant, Martin Place

Couple of months back, the night before waving good bye to Alice and Laura, we have our "last supper" at this Greek restaurant. This is indeed my first Greek dining experience.
We opted for the following dishes:

*Grilled Haloumi Cheese

This is a really delish slices of cheese. A nice entree to warm up your taste buds. A heavenly entree for cheese-eater and hell for those who hates cheese or suffered from lactose intolerant.

Rate:4.5/5

*Grilled Chicken Souvlaki with Hand Cut Chips & Garden Salad

I selected chicken souvlaki for my main. The chicken was tender and cut in such a way that not much knife jobs required. In the aspects of taste, nothing special with the dish. Just slightly above "edible" rate for me. Furthermore, I left my salad untouched due to lack of dressings. Well, basically, I am just literaly not a veggie person =P

Rate: 3/5

*Moussaka

This lasagna-kind-of dish was ordered by Alice. The beef has smooth texture and yeap, it did tasted like lasagna but better representation.

Rate: 3/5

*Roasted Greek Lamb with Eggplant

This is one of the most popular mains in the restaurant. Not so sure about the taste as I didn't have a bite on this but it seemed that Laura and Jeremy enjoyed it. So yeah must be good! and it's under the chef's recommendation if not mistaken.

Rate: n/a

Overall, if you are looking for nice semi fine dining restaurant to eat in, this might be a good and strategic place. Great service and food is not bad.
